Privacy Policy

Effective June 10, 2026

The short version

Your items, photos, and records stay on your iPhone. We run no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no ad trackers, and we have no database of users. We cannot see your data.

What stays on your device

Every item record (name, brand, serial number, prices, dates, notes) is stored locally using Apple's SwiftData.
Photos you attach are stored in the app's private on-device storage.
Your free-filing count and preferences are stored in local app storage.

AI extraction

When you file an item, the photo(s) you choose are sent over an encrypted connection to our processing proxy (hosted on Cloudflare) and forwarded to Google's Gemini API to extract text fields. This processing is transient: images are used only to produce the extraction result and are not stored on our servers. No name, email, device identifier, or location accompanies the request.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Purchase state is verified on-device with StoreKit.

What we don't do

No account or sign-in exists.
No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are embedded.
We do not sell, share, or monetize any data — we don't have it.

Data deletion

Deleting the app deletes all of your data, because all of it lives inside the app.
